Will it work on my website?
Almost certainly. It's one line of code, the same as an analytics tag, so it works on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, Webflow and hand-built sites. We install it for you if you'd rather.
What happens when it doesn't know the answer?
It says so honestly, tells the visitor someone will come back to them, takes their details and emails you the question. You answer from your dashboard, and it uses your answer next time someone asks.
Can it get things wrong about prices or promises?
It only states prices and facts you've approved. Everything else it passes to you. It never agrees a price, a date or a deal on your behalf.
Is there a contract?
Pick a 12-month term and setup is included, or go monthly with a one-off £249 setup fee. Setup is proper hands-on work, not the press of a button: we train AskFletch on your website's content, your services, pricing and packages; teach it what it shouldn't say; and set it up to welcome the enquiries you want while gently turning away the ones that aren't a fit.
